彼のビジョンに満ちた、関係重視のリーダーシップスタイルのもと、エンジョイチャーチは過去27年間で大きく成長してきました。40人から始まった小さな教会は、現在ではオーストラリア、日本、カンボジア、アメリカ、イタリアに開拓する教会となり、6000人を超える人々と100を超える国籍が集う共同体となっています。
シェーンは、ACC(前AOG)の全国理事の一員として12年間、ACCビクトリア州の理事長として10年間奉仕しました。また、毎年開催されている「カヴナント・メンズ・カンファレンス」のホストも務めています。
Shane is an engaging communicator with a passionate approach to life and a warm sense of humour. He is devoted to seeing the local church grow strong and flourish, and is committed to developing leaders and releasing people into their God-given purpose and calling.
Under his visionary and relationship-focused leadership, Enjoy Church has experienced significant growth over the past 27 years. What began as a small gathering of 40 people has now become a multi-site church across Australia, Japan, Cambodia, the USA, and Italy, with more than 6,000 people from over 100 nationalities calling it home.
Shane served as part of the National Executive for Australian Christian Churches (ACC) for 12 years, as Victorian State President for ACC Victoria for 10 years, and hosts the annual Covenant Men’s Conference.

ジョージーは、神のことばを現実的で親しみやすい形で生き生きと伝えることに情熱を注ぐ、優れたコミュニケーターであり教師です。教会を深く愛し、特にあらゆる年齢やライフステージにある女性たちに対して特別な想いを持っています。主任牧師として夫のシェーンと共にエンジョイチャーチを導く中で、教会は過去25年間で6000人以上にまで成長し、オーストラリア、日本、カンボジア、アメリカ、イタリアの複数の場所で礼拝が持たれています。ACCビクトリア州のリーダーとして13年間仕え、現在も毎年「アドア・ウィメンズ・カンファレンス」を主催し続けています。
Georgie is a gifted communicator and teacher of the Word, passionate about bringing God’s truth to life in a real and relatable way. She deeply loves the church and carries a special heart for women of all ages and stages of life.As Senior Pastor of Enjoy Church alongside her husband, Shane, she has seen the church grow to over 6,000 people over the past 25 years, now meeting in multiple locations across Australia, Japan, Cambodia, the United States, and Italy.She served as the ACC Victoria State Women’s Leader for 13 years and continues to host the annual Adore Women’s Conference.

クリスチャンは、過去10年間にわたりエンジョイチャーチ全体でプロダクションおよびクリエイティブパスターとしてチームを導いてきました。現在はメルボルン西地区牧師を務めるとともに、エンジョイチャーチのビジョンチームの一員としても活動しています。
ミニストリーの外では、愛する妻と2人の娘、そして1人の息子の父として、家庭に深い愛情を注いでいます。クリスチャンは、家族と教会の両方に誠実さと真心をもって仕える、信頼されるリーダーです。
Cristian has led the production and creative teams across Enjoy Church for over 10 years. He currently serves as the Location Pastor of Enjoy Church Melbourne West and is also a member of the Enjoy Church Vision Team.
Outside of ministry, Cristian is a devoted husband and loving father to two daughters and one son. He is a respected and trusted leader who serves both his family and the church with sincerity and heart.

三重県鈴鹿市で仏教家庭に生まれ育ち、聖書や教会、クリスチャンとは無縁の人生を歩み、若い頃は東京・渋谷で酒・タバコ・ギャンブル・クラブ漬けの、放蕩的な生活を送っていました。
そんな中、2015年に初めてイエス・キリストに出会い、人生が一変します。依存や中毒から解放され、オーストラリア・メルボルンでミニストリーやアウトリーチに従事し、2019年からは妻のレズリーと共に大阪でエンジョイチャーチを牧会しています。
彼のビジョンは、神の愛と力によって、日が昇るこの国・日本に復活の主イエスの光が昇る日を見ること。そのために、弟子を育て、福音を伝える働きに情熱を燃やしています。
Born and raised in a Buddhist family in Suzuka City, Mie Prefecture, he lived a life completely disconnected from the Bible, the church, and Christianity. In his younger years, he spent his days in Tokyo’s Shibuya district, immersed in alcohol, smoking, gambling, and clubbing—a life like that of the prodigal son.
But in 2015, in the midst of that lifestyle, he encountered Jesus Christ for the first time, and his life was radically transformed. He was set free from addiction and bondage and began serving in ministry and outreach in Melbourne, Australia.
Since 2019, he has been pastoring Enjoy Church in Osaka with his wife, Leslie.
His vision is to see disciples raised and the gospel boldly proclaimed throughout Japan. He believes that God’s love and power bring the Land of the Rising Sun to the feet of the Risen Son—and he is passionately committed to being part of that mission.
